Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Islamic Life ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Islamic Life, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Description of the App
Islamic Life is a mobile application that provides:
- Prayer times based on your location
- Qibla compass direction
- Quran reading
- Dhikr (remembrance) counter
- Islamic calendar and notifications
3. User Accounts
Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You may also use the App with limited functionality without creating an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Interfere with the App's operation or its servers.
- Circumvent any security features of the App.
- Use the App to distribute malware or harmful content.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and trademarks in Islamic Life are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission. Quranic text and Islamic content are provided for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Prayer Times & Religious Content Disclaimer
Prayer times are calculated using established astronomical algorithms and your device's location. While we strive for accuracy, times may vary based on location precision, calculation method, and local conditions. Islamic Life is a tool to assist your worship and should not be treated as a sole religious authority. We recommend verifying important times with your local mosque or Islamic authority.
7. Advertisements
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by us. We strive to filter inappropriate content but cannot guarantee all ads will align with Islamic values.
8. Availability & Updates
We do not guarantee the App will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice. Updates may be required for continued use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Islamic Life and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by updating the effective date above.
