- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version.
- Usage Data: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics such as screens viewed, features used, and session duration.
- Location Data: With your permission, we access your device's location to calculate accurate prayer times and Qibla direction. Location data is processed on-device and is not stored on our servers.
- Crash Reports: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash logs and diagnostic data to improve app stability.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and improve the App's core features (prayer times, Qibla direction, Quran reading, dhikr counter).
- Send prayer time notifications and other reminders you have enabled.
- Analyze anonymous usage patterns to improve the user experience.
- Diagnose and fix technical issues.
- Display advertisements through Google AdMob.
3. Advertising
Islamic Life uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your consent choices. Please review Google's Privacy Policy for more information on how Google handles your data.
4. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Firebase Analytics — usage analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting
- Firebase Authentication — account management

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the App's services or as required by law. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from the App's settings.

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest via Firebase infrastructure. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Islamic Life is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
